Everybody loves music, right? Even those who are not particularly fond of listening to music have at some time experienced the wonderful effect of music on their mind and body. Since hundreds of years now, scientific research studies have shown the beneficial effect of music on the human mind. From calming a troubled mind, to stimulating a tired one and inspiring creativity, music has proved to be a great resource.
Unlike many other modern techniques which include some form of medication or taking pills that often have unhealthy side effects, Brain Music Therapy is simple and safe. No pills are required to be taken and there are no negative side effects. All it involves is a recording of an individual’s brain waves and converting them into unique musical sounds. Just like any other effective form of stimulation and exercise, which involves activation and relaxation, these musical sounds are made to correlate to brain waves that promote relaxation and stimulate activation in the individuals body. The musical sounds are presented as two musical files - one relaxing, and one activating. Listening to these files promotes relaxation and activation in ones body, thereby alleviating stress, anxiety, insomnia and depression.
